1. The base unit of warp knitted fabric

The base unit of the warp knit fabric is a coil and an extension wire. Weaving different warp knitting organizations has different coils and extension lines. The part that forms the loop and the sleeves are joined into the fabric is that there are generally three methods for coiling bears: silent coils, open coils, and heavy coils. The part where the coil is connected and elongated, and the part without the arc of the shape is the extension line. The base structure of warp knitted fabrics is the root of all warp knitting.

1. Chain organization

(1) Because there is no contact between the wales in the chain organization. Therefore, there will be no curling in the horizontal direction.

 (2) The longitudinal extent of the chain structure depends on the elasticity of the material (yarn) and the great extensibility of the material.

(3) The chaining organization is often used for warp knitted fabrics with stable and extensible requirements.

(4) The lateral extensibility is generally small and the size depends on other organizational characteristics of the longitudinal link of the linked braided structure.

2. Jingping organization

The flattened needle tissue of the flat tissue and the weft knitting is the simplest and most basic organization in the warp knitting organization. All of the coil portions in the warp structure have a one-way extension line, that is, the lead and lead extension portions of the coil are on one side of the coil. Commonly used flat structure diagrams, use silent coils.

The characteristics of the peace organization are:

(1) The length of the extension line in the flat structure is long and the structure is strong, opaque and thick.

(2) It is similar to the weft-knitted weft needle structure, which is prone to curling but has less dispersibility.

3. Satin

When weaving the satin weave, the yarn progressively advances the yarn in at least two consecutive courses in one direction and then performs the same yarn movement in the opposite direction. 4. Heavy organization

The structure of the coils on the two adjacent longitudinal rows of each warp yarn on the same course is a heavy warp structure, that is, at the time of weaving, the yarn is woven together on the two needles to weave the warp-weave fabric. The distinguishing feature is that each warp yarn is required to be placed on two knitting needles at a time.
